Mandalbrot set with a "Well order" in math. with Hologram math they made a universe teleelectronically in math. It's just 2D we just haven't created a world in a world. This is population control besides moving in space to live or underground. Living telelectronically in a smaller universe maybe something we can do in a few hundred years or sooner.
